Our Story

"Every time I look at this picture, it makes me cry, but brings such joy and comfort as well."
— Joan, customer

Where It Started

We are a big family with a simple worry that many families share: in a world full of screens, fast-paced games, and endless noise, how do we plant something quiet and lasting in the hearts of our children?

We watched our kids scroll past things no child should see. We noticed how the constant stimulation - the violence in games, the chaos of social media, the relentless pace of everything - left little room for stillness. For wonder. For FAITH.

And we knew we weren't alone. We heard it from other parents, from grandparents, from families all around the world who share this same quiet concern: that something sacred is slipping away, and modern life isn't making it easy to hold on.

A Simple Idea

We didn't set out to build a company. We had a simple idea: what if a child could see themselves - their own face, their own likeness - protected by a guardian angel?

Not a generic image from a store shelf. Not a mass-produced print that could belong to anyone. But something deeply personal. Something that says: you are watched over. You are loved. You are not alone. There's more to life.

We discovered that modern technology could make this possible - creating one-of-a-kind artwork that places your loved one into a beautiful, painterly scene of divine protection. Each piece is truly unique, made for one family, for one person, and it will never exist again for anyone else.

When we saw the first result - a child we loved, held gently by an angel on a misty bridge - we knew this was something worth sharing.

"There's a comforting charm in the design that surrounds our child's photo with a sense of safety, love, and joyful appreciation."
— Kristin H.

More Than Art

We created My Guardian Art to help families like ours - families who want to surround their children with beauty and meaning instead of noise. A guardian angel canvas on a child's wall is a gentle, daily reminder: someone is watching over you. You are protected.

For grandparents, it's a way to give something truly personal. Not another toy that will be forgotten, but a piece of art that carries real meaning - their grandchild, protected and cherished, hanging on a wall for years to come.

"Bought three - one for each of my kids. Best Christmas gift I've ever given."
— Michelle T.
"My grandchildren (and their parents) absolutely love them!"
— Gary H.

Something We Didn't Expect

When we started, we imagined parents and grandparents creating art for the children in their lives. And they do - every day.

But then something happened that we didn't anticipate. Customers began sending us photos of loved ones who had passed away.

A mother who lost her son. A wife remembering her nephew. A family honoring someone they would never stop loving.

They trusted us with something sacred - and we felt the weight of that trust immediately.

"I lost my son in May. Sent a photo of him and there he is with an angel pointing the way to heaven. Every time I look at this picture, it makes me cry, but brings such joy and comfort as well. Just beautiful."
— Joan G.

We won't pretend we know the depth of that kind of pain. But we understand that even in grief, there is a deep human need to honor the ones we've lost - to keep them close, to see them at peace, to feel that they are somewhere safe.

If our art can bring even a small measure of comfort to someone carrying that weight, then everything we do is worth it.

"I got this after a really rough season and I didn't think a piece of wall art would matter. But it's brought me comfort in a way I didn't expect, especially at night when the house is quiet."
— Tina W.
"When I opened it, I got that lump in my throat right away. It's not overdone, just soft and peaceful. I put it in our bedroom and it helps me breathe when my mind won't slow down."
— Meghan H.

We Feel It Too

We want to be honest about something. This work moves us deeply.

When we read your messages - when we see the photos you trust us with, when we process an order and realize it's a memorial for someone's child - we sometimes have to stop and collect ourselves. We have cried reading your feedback. More than once.

A real person sees your photo, understands what it means, and cares.

It is a privilege to be trusted with something this personal.

Our Promise

We use premium canvas and archival-quality printing because something this meaningful deserves to last. We offer framed options because we know many of these pieces will become the centerpiece of a room - or a home.

Whether you're creating a guardian angel for a child who needs to know they're protected, a gift that will make a grandmother cry tears of joy, or a memorial that keeps someone's memory alive - we are honored to be part of that moment.

With love and blessings,
The My Guardian Art Family

We would love to create something meaningful for your family.
