Refund policy
Personalized Products – No Returns
All MyGuardianArt products are custom-made and personalized specifically for you. Because you preview and approve your unique AI-generated artwork before placing your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed and approved the final design.
Damages and Defects
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the approved preview, contact us immediately at info@myguardianart.com with photos of the issue.
We will evaluate each case individually and offer a replacement if the defect is confirmed. Claims must be made within 14 days of delivery.
European Union Customers
Under EU consumer law, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to personalized or custom-made products. Since each MyGuardianArt piece is created specifically based on your uploaded photo and approved design, this exemption applies to all our products.
Refunds
If a refund is approved (for defective items only), we will process it to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
