A clear, well-lit photo where the face is easy to see. It can be old or new: choose the one you love most. Please avoid blurry photos, sunglasses and heavy filters.

Many of our designs can. Where a page offers Single photo and Multiple photos, use one photo with everyone in it, or upload one photo of each person or pet.

Yes, on most designs. Once your design is ready, type your words under it and you will see them on the picture. They are printed as you type them, so please check the spelling.

Press Create again for a new version. It takes about a minute, and you can choose from every version you made.

Your photo is used only to create your artwork. It is never posted publicly or used for marketing. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Your artwork is printed on fine-textured, brilliant-white 100% polyester canvas using HP latex inks with UV protection, then hand-stretched over a sturdy pine wood frame. It arrives ready to hang.

The same canvas in a floating frame in black, white or espresso. A framed canvas is about 1.5 inches deep and a plain canvas about 0.75 inch.

Yes. Every canvas and framed canvas comes with a free digital copy of your artwork, sent to your email.

Yes. Buy 2 and save 10%, buy 4 or more and save 20%, in any design and size. The saving is applied by itself.

Please write to us as soon as you can. A real person checks every design first, so there is usually time to fix a name, a size or an address. Because each canvas is made just for you, we may not be able to cancel an order that has started.

Yes. A digital gift card arrives by email right away, and they can then create their own canvas.

All major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay, through Shopify's secure checkout. We never see or store your card details.

Most orders arrive in 6 to 12 business days: 2 to 4 to make your canvas, and 4 to 8 on the way. The page shows the estimated arrival for your order before you buy.

To the United States and Canada. US orders are printed and shipped in the USA, and Canadian orders are shipped from North America.

$10 in the US and $14 CAD in Canada. It is free on orders over $100 in the US and over $135 CAD in Canada.
