Got the walking with Jesus print for a coworker's retirement gift. The person with Jesus was her daughter who had passed. She absolutely loved it.

With some amount of apprehension I opened the package not really knowing what to expect. But, I will tell you the portrait is beautiful and brought tears to my eyes. I made a trip to a nearby sawmill, bought some American Cherry lumber, and spent nearly a week making a frame. It is the first thing I look at in the morning and the last thing I see at night. Couldn't be happier.

This was beautiful. Very realistic. It made a beautiful piece at my mother’s funeral. Arrived quickly and I will cherish it forever.

We absolutely love our Canvas Portraits of our sweet Ruby Rose. We have one over our fireplace and one in our bedroom and they are a permanent fixture on our wall to honor our sweet babe being held in the arms of Our LORD JESUS. Thank you for the talent you share...

About this design
A personalized Christian canvas with the Prayer to St. Michael painted alongside your police officer. The patron saint's prayer of protection, made visible for the family behind the badge. Created from your photo.
This design combines personalized devotional art with the full text of the Prayer to St. Michael the Archangel, rendered in gold serif lettering directly on the canvas. Your officer stands in full duty uniform with polished badge. Archangel Michael towers behind, wings spanning wide, sword held low at his side. The prayer text is woven into the composition.
The Catholic Church designates St. Michael as the patron saint of police officers. Many departments display this prayer in their stations, and officers carry it on challenge coins and prayer cards. This canvas takes that prayer off the card and onto the wall, alongside the face of the person you are praying it for.
St. Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle. Be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil. May God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do thou, O Prince of the heavenly host, by the power of God, thrust into hell Satan and all evil spirits who prowl about the world seeking the ruin of souls. Amen.
The Perfect Gift For
- Police academy graduation or promotion
- National Police Week (May) or Law Enforcement Appreciation Day
- Retirement after years of service
- A family member who prays this prayer daily for their officer
- In memory of a fallen officer
Common Questions
Is the prayer text printed on the canvas?
Yes. The full text of the Prayer to St. Michael the Archangel is rendered in gold serif lettering directly on the canvas as part of the painting's composition. It is not a separate overlay or sticker. The prayer is painted into the scene alongside the figures.
What is the difference between this and the Guardian Shield canvas?
Both feature Archangel Michael guarding your officer. The difference is the prayer text. Guardian Shield is a pure devotional painting with no text on the canvas. This design includes the full Prayer to St. Michael rendered in gold lettering as part of the composition. Choose this one if the prayer itself is important to you or your family's daily practice.
How does the personalization work?
