Which photos give the best likeness?
Choose a clear, well-lit photo taken close enough to see the face. Front-facing or gently angled portraits with a natural expression work especially well. Avoid sunglasses, heavy filters, deep shadows, and distant group photos.
What if my only photo is older or not perfect?
Try it. A clearly visible face matters more than a perfect photograph. You can add up to four photos of the same person to provide more useful detail, then judge the result in the free preview before ordering.
What if the first preview does not feel quite right?
Create again for another version or try a different photo. There is no payment or obligation while you preview. Order only when you have found the artwork you love.
Will the preview watermark appear on my canvas?
No. The online preview is watermarked to protect your artwork. Your finished canvas and included digital image do not carry the preview watermark.
When should I order for a special occasion?
Canvas orders usually arrive in 6–12 business days with Economy Shipping, including production. For a dated celebration, we recommend ordering at least two weeks ahead. Faster shipping options may be available at checkout.
